Yes. Every installation is backed by a lifetime product warranty on the fixtures we install. If a fixture fails, we replace it. Period. That’s how confident we are in the materials we use and the commitment we make to every client.
We use commercial-grade, UL Listed solid brass fixtures built to last decades outdoors. UL Listing means every product we install has been independently tested and certified to meet strict safety and performance standards. Brass is naturally corrosion-resistant and develops a beautiful patina over time, a major step above the plastic or aluminum fixtures used by most installers. Our fixtures are designed to disappear into the landscape during the day and perform flawlessly at night.
Yes. Every system we design and install is a low-voltage LED system (12V), inherently safe, energy-efficient, and easy to expand or modify over time. Low-voltage is the professional standard for landscape and architectural outdoor lighting.
Low-voltage wiring is buried 5 to 7 inches below the surface using direct-burial rated cable. We route all wiring carefully to avoid interference with irrigation lines, future landscaping, or digging.
Yes. We offer annual and semi-annual maintenance plans that include fixture adjustments, cleaning, bulb replacement, timer reprogramming, and a full system inspection. Ask about our maintenance packages when you call.
