- Installation by a fully insured crew — we carry full liability insurance, so every ladder, steep pitch, and second-story roofline is our risk and never yours. Nothing is ever stapled or nailed to your house.
- Every strand custom-cut, every wire hidden — we do not drape store-bought strands and hope they fit. Each run is measured and cut to the exact length of your roofline, peak, column, or railing, so the spacing stays even and there is no bunching at the end of a run and no cord left dangling. We then hide the wiring with color-matched wire — brown, white, or green chosen against your trim, gutters, and shingles — and route it behind gutter lines and downspouts. At night you see a clean line of light. In daylight you can barely tell we were there.
- 48-hour maintenance, all season long — if a section goes dark, a clip lets go in high wind, or a cord gets bumped, call or text us and we are back within 48 hours to make it right at no charge. Your display stays fully lit from the night we switch it on to the day we take it down.
- Takedown on our schedule, not yours — we return in January, scheduled around the weather so our crew can work safely, and remove every strand, clip, and cord. The property is left exactly as we found it. You never climb a ladder and never carry a bin.
- Off-season storage at our facility — your lights leave with us, labeled for your address and kept ready to reinstall next season with one phone call. No attic space, no garage clutter, nothing to dig out and inventory next fall.

Removal begins in January and is scheduled around weather so our crews can work safely on your roof. Takedown is included in your package, and we store all of your lights and materials at our facility until next season.
